Course owners set their own rules. You must follow both these general terms and the specific rules of each learning pathway you join. Pathway owners have the right to remove members who violate rules.
Paid subscriptions and courses are billed as described at purchase time. Refund policies vary by learning pathway and product. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to provide the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or applicable law, with or without notice.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanayad Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
